Nursing Home Drug Problems

She almost died.

And no one would have noticed the opiates.  Not her family.  And certainly not the docs and nurses at the nursing home, except for the one who administered the illegal and deadly dose.

She was given opiates when no such drugs were ordered – ever – in her 18 month stay in the nursing home.

No autopsy, no questions, just a quiet funeral with grieving relatives.

Do not go softly into that good night.
