Whole Families with Lyme Disease

How to cope when everyone in your family is so sick?

The most common symptoms seen in children are:  optical convergence insufficiency *, fatigue, stomach aches, headaches, learning disabilities, ADD, anxiety and exercise intolerance.

Does your family have multiple members who are infected?  What issues have you had to face in getting diagnosed, or in treatment when everyone is ill?

Convergence insufficiency is usually diagnosed in school-age children and adolescents. It can cause difficulty with reading, which may make parents or teachers suspect that the child has a learning disability, instead of an eye disorder.
