Always the printer’s fault

You would not believe the number of people who blame the printer for work that does not meet their boss’  expectations.  We are the scapegoat.

Sure, we make mistakes, misunderstand the instructions, but we own up to it and re do the job at no charge. We do this because we want happy customers.  

Most times we don’t even know the boss was unhappy until we call to inquire why the invoice has not been paid or why we haven’t heard from them in a while.
