More art from my favorite artist, at age 19.
Instructed to create an image conveying the celebration of the Rotary Club of Providence’s centennial. Using Rotary’s blue and gold colors, adding some whimsy to an organization not perceived as whimsical but struggling to change the public’s perception.
The result? A fun, whimsical but elegant and traditional birthday layer cake, in blue and gold banding and icing, with candles and “100” as the topper. The Rotary logo was digitally added later. This image was used in all the centennial collateral for the Rotary Club of Providence.
